Mainly delivering for two global functions (CR & Legal) and working jointlywith regional D&T teams for local & regional applications/projects Leadership Responsibilities & capabilities• Direct reports consists of Platform Architect, Devops SMEs,• Oversee contractors & partners work & services as appropriate Purpose of Role The Solution Owner is a key role within the Value Stream Team, responsible for definingand delivering innovative and fit for purpose solutions to meet business objectiveswithin an Agile IT organization. This role requires a deep understanding of theorganization's strategic goals, employee needs, and market trends, as well as strongleadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. The Solution Owner acts as the liaison between business stakeholders, the developmentand operation delivery teams, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and successfuldelivery and support of solutions. The Solution Owner will Ensures owned applications are running securely, compliantlyand stable, in line with business needs and continuously improved.Top Accountabilities Qualifications and Experience Required• Solution Strategy and Vision:

• Develop and communicate the vision and strategic direction for the softwaresolutions within the value stream, considering business goals and market needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product roadmap, ensuringalignment with the organization's objectives and customer needs.
• Prioritize features and user stories based on business value, technical feasibility,and customer feedback.

Project Delivery Management:

• Act as a key driver for Agile project delivery, facilitating sprint planning, backloggrooming, and other project ceremonies.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager / Scrum Master and development team toensure the successful delivery of software solutions, adhering to Agile principlesand best practices.
• Continuously monitor and measure project progress, identifying and resolvingissues and risks to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Run teams in establishing and deliveringappropriate service levels• Stakeholder Management:
• Engage with business stakeholders, product managers, and end-users tounderstand their needs, gather requirements, and provide updates on projectstatus.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring effective communication channelsare in place to address concerns and solicit feedback.
• Collaborate with other Solution Owners, Product Owners, and Value Stream Leaders to ensure alignment across teams and maximize value delivery.

Product Ownership and Definition:

• Define and prioritize user stories and product backlog items based on input fromstakeholders, market analysis, and customer feedback.
• Provide clarity and guidance to the development and run teams on productrequirements, acceptance criteria, service level objectives and desiredoutcomes.
• Ensure Product Support Operations are stable and compliant, KPIs/SLAs aremet, the team is resourced.
• Application Run and Control• Continuous Improvement and Learning:
• Operates a Dev Sec Ops model for the applications in scope: ensures smoothoperation of the tools where incidents are solved within SLA, and analyzed forroot cause to avoid future re-appearance. Satisfactory rating in all relevant CARMareas and audits.
• Ensures that the team delivers all tasks (developments or support) in line withthe CARM controls, at all times, where every internal and external audits have asatisfactory result.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the value stream team,encouraging experimentation and innovation.
• Gather and analyse feedback from stakeholders and end-users to driveenhancements and evolve the product roadmap.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Agilemethodologies, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.Budget• Support the head of Value Stream to manage and optimise cost across people,portfolio, BAU for their area.Leadership• Team managemento Ensure all tasks (both operational and compliance related) are properlyassignedo Skills and capabilities are available within the teamo Team is fully resourced and backups in place• People managemento Manage the P4G process.o Develop and coach team members Experience / skills required:
