Proactiveness & Business Acumen:

  • Demonstrate proactive engagement in identifying growth opportunities within the business ecosystem.
  • Employ strong business acumen to navigate internal dynamics and external market conditions effectively.

Knowledge Integration:

  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and factors differentiating the company in the market.

Problem Solving & Judgment:

  • Solve complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions; exercise judgment based on analysis from multiple sources of information.

Communication & Consensus Building:

  • Confidently explain complex, difficult, or sensitive information; work to build consensus among stakeholders.

Strategy Development:

  • Lead and develop future growth commercial strategy work with channel leaders , customer marketing head and commercial director through RGM point of view.

Net Revenue Management Focus:

  • Provide data-driven insights into consumer behavior, supporting sales teams to maximize revenue through strategic product assortment, volume decisions, and promotional activities across different sales channels.
