About the Function

In January 2017 Diageo announced a move to enter the Irish whiskey market with the launch of Roe and Co Premium Blended Irish whiskey and a €25M investment to revive The 1950s Guinness Power Station at St. James’s Gate into a new Urban Distillery with Malt whiskey at its heart. Anchoring the Roe and Co brand firmly in the heart of the liberties within a stone’s throw from St. Patrick’s tower, the last relic of George Roe’s great distillery.

You’ll join a passionate team dedicated to creating exceptional experiences across tours, tastings, cocktails, retail and hospitality, turning guests into lifelong advocates for Roe & Co Irish Whiskey.

About the role

As a Roe & Co Distillery Brand Ambassador, you will deliver world-class guest experiences through engaging tours, premium hospitality and immersive storytelling. You’ll bring the Roe & Co brand to life while helping guests discover Irish whiskey, cocktails and the spirit of innovation behind the distillery.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging distillery tours and immersive guest experiences
• Provide exceptional service across food, beverage and retail areas
• Share the Roe & Co story through whiskey and cocktail education
• Support premium hospitality experiences, events and tastings
• Maintain high operational standards including stock control and cash handling
• Act as a brand ambassador, creating memorable and meaningful guest connections

Experience / skills required

• Experience in premium hospitality or customer-facing environments
• A passion for whiskey, cocktails and guest experience
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
