At Diageo, right here in Bundaberg, we're proud home to one of Australia's most loved. For generations, Bundaberg Rum Distillery has been crafting rum with character, heritage and heart. Our Brand Home is where our story comes to life. What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver unforgettable customer experiences across the Brand Home
- Serve guests in the Bundy Bar and cafe, showcasing our rum portfolio and serving up Bundy Bangers with pride
- Lead guided distillery tours, sharing the history, craft and character of Bundaberg Rum
- Support retail operations, including product knowledge, sales and merchandising
- Engage expertly with local, national and international visitors
- Maintain high standards of safety, service and presentation across all areas
- Represent Diageo's values with pride alongside the heritage of Bundaberg Rum
What You'll Bring:
- 1-3 years' experience in hospitality, tourism or customer-facing roles
- A person who effectively connects and speaks confidently in front of groups
- Passion for delivering warm, engaging and memorable guest experiences
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and peak visitor periods
- RSA (or willingness to obtain before commencement date)
- An interest in food, beverage, tourism or storytelling is a big plus
