Job Summary
The ARO business is seeking a strategic, results‑driven Global Marketing Manager to lead global demand generation and accelerate growth across our product portfolio. Reporting to the Leader of Marketing & Demand Generation for ARO, this role influences how customers discover, evaluate, and purchase our products worldwide.
A core focus of this role is expanding our eCommerce ecosystem—including our owned webstore, distributor/partner eCommerce shops, and third‑party marketplaces—to ensure customers can easily transact through their preferred digital channels.
Responsibilities
Generation & Customer Insights
- Develop and execute global demand generation strategies for pneumatic system components, AODD pumps, and high‑runner products.
- Translate customer insights and market trends into targeted campaigns across paid, organic, and email channels.
- Build clear, compelling value propositions that simplify technical products and drive digital conversion.
Ecommerce Enablement
- Lead growth of ecommerce channels across owned, distributor/partner, and 3rd‑party marketplace platforms.
- Define digital product assortments, content requirements, and channel strategies to support online conversion.
- Collaborate with regional sales and channel partners on digital selection, pricing, and promotional tactics.
- Enable distributors to improve online findability, product content quality, and customer experience to drive revenue lift.
Product Line Growth
- Partner with product management to support new product launches and adoption initiatives.
- Develop marketing content, campaigns, and collateral to drive awareness and growth for priority product lines.
Market & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor digital commerce trends, competitor activities, and customer buying behavior.
- Apply insights to optimize channel mix, messaging, and campaign performance.
Lead Generation & Funnel Management
- Drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and revenue pipeline for system components and AODD products.
- Track and report on funnel metrics, including MQL volume, funnel acceleration, and bookings impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, sales, channel partners, and digital teams to harmonize priorities and maximize impact.
Regular Activities
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies.
- Review performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine product positioning and promotional tactics.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Marketing preferred).
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within industrial or related technical markets.
- Experience in eCommerce (owned store, distributor ecommerce enablement, and/or marketplaces).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and tactics (SEO, SEM, paid media).
- Strong English language communication, collaboration, and influence skills in a global matrixed environment.
- Salesforce CRM experience and solid Microsoft Office skills.
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
- Flexible working, hybrid if in Warsaw
- 25% travel

Salary Range
