About the Function:

Our Global Business Operations (GBO) team are facilitators, providing strategic, financial, and business services that are critical to the day-to-day performance of our business. About the role:
The Contract and Invoice Operations Team is the first point of contact for Commercial Sales and Field Sales teams and is responsible for Key Account/National Account level customer, Outlet level customer Agreements, Invoice management and subsequently document retention.

Role Responsibilities:

Contract and Invoice Operations Senior will also have specific on-going responsibility including but not limited to:

  • Responsible for all Contract and Invoice Operations processes for specific cluster assigned.

  • Provide support, execution, and adherence to processes to enable an efficient Contract and Invoice Operations process for Diageo customers and escalate when appropriate issues noted.

  • Use external and internal metrics to reconcile evaluate and control outbound payments and provide challenge where appropriate.

  • Perform volume analysis and calculate customer invoice amounts.

  • Ensure a 100% Compliance across all the areas of Invoicing and Audits.

  • Take Ownership and devise strategies.

  • Reporting the Cash on metrics

  • What you will bring

  • Language requirement: Excellent Business English and Polish

  • Highly numerate and precise with high analytical skills and good reconciliation

  • Strong interpersonal, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Identify clear priorities and always focus on them.

  • Work within and ensure the team works within the commercial timelines and relevant business process guidelines required to execute efficiently and brilliantly.

  • Possess financial STC SAP accounting knowledge and experienced in working with shared service centers is preferred.

  • Salesforce & Power BI Application experience is a plus

  • Multi-tasking with precision to accuracy
