We are looking for enthusiastic interns to join our talent pipeline and support the delivery of our services. As part of DHL IT Services, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of reinforcing DHL’s position as the global leader in transportation and logistics through IT integration, project management, consulting, development, and end-to-end support services for DHL business units worldwide. We welcome students who are adaptable, eager to learn, and excited to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic IT environment.
During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas: Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day HR administrative activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing by offering insights and ideas to support team initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and documentation with accuracy.
- Support onboarding processes, including document preparation and employee records.
- Handle task-related issues professionally to ensure smooth coordination and positive working relationships.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Current Academic result: CGPA > 3.0/ 2nd Class Upper (Hons)
- Required skills(s): Good communication skills, high attention to detail and accuracy, proficient in MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel)
- Preferred skill(s): Basic knowledge of HR processes and practices
- Required language(s): English
- Internship period of minimum 3 months
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya
