As a Business Unit Director, you will take full ownership of operational excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will translate strategy into execution—ensuring safe, efficient, and high-performing operations while unlocking new growth opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities: **

• Lead and develop site managers, ensuring consistent operational excellence across all locations
• Define and drive performance targets, KPIs, and multi-year growth strategies
• Ensure operations run efficiently and sustainably, maximizing productivity and profitability
• Champion a Safety First culture across all sites
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
• Lead commercial reviews, contract renewals, and key negotiations
• Identify and drive growth opportunities within existing customer portfolios
• Partner with Business Development to win and expand business
• Own budget, EBIT, and financial performance of your business unit
• Optimize resource planning and cost management
• Align operational strategies with wider business objectives
• Manage supplier relationships in line with procurement guidelines
• Collaborate across functions to remove barriers and deliver results
• Ensure alignment with corporate standards, policies, and frameworks

**Requirements: **

• Strong experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management
• Proven leadership of multi-site operations or large teams
• Track record of delivering financial performance and business growth
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance frameworks
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
• Fluent in Hungarian and English
