**In this HR Business Partner role you will:
Reporting directly to Senior HRBP, will have the following responsibility:
· Daily management of the HR operations, being the interface towards the business;
· Manage employees on HR matters and Industrial Relations topic;
· Manage day-to-day HR activities and daily BU/Teams needs;
· Working closely with L&D on Leadership Empowerment;
· Facilitate the implementation of Special Projects for specific business environment by supporting the Line Managers and HR Team;
· Working closely to business supporting organizational changes, mitigate people related risks, cost optimization, acting;
· Organize and manage internal and external recruiting process, managing Induction process for new employees;
· Delivery of the HR plans, Policies and Procedures;
· Collaborate with VP Director to solve HR issues, identify countermeasures or propose solutions
What we need from you:
· At least 3 years experience as HR Plant or HR Business Partner roles in a multinational or complex environment from Manufacturing Industries;
· Bachelors degree in Legal or Economic
· Strong experience within Industrial Relations
· Leadership attitude and able to work independently and with full autonomy
· Strong interpersonal relationships with distinct levels in the organization
· Attitudes towards negotiation and leading projects and people
· Languages: Italian (native) English (fluent)
