About the role
CS Advisor
You will provide information to DHL customers about our services, register shipments, and track them in the global DHL system. By delivering the highest level of service, you will find the best solutions for customers’ needs.
You have:
- Excellent Latvian and English language skills;
- Positive and friendly attitude, good communication skills, responsiveness;
- Independence, sense of responsibility, willingness and ability to work in a team;
- Logical thinking and a creative approach to solving complex situations, ability to work under pressure;
- Previous customer service experience will be considered an advantage.
