The core responsibilities of this role include: Customer Support & ETA Communication: Serve as the primary contact for dealership parts managers via phone and email, providing timely and accurate ETAs, shipment visibility, and order status for parts.

  • Exception Management & Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve missing parts, cage discrepancies, shortages, and transit delays by working closely with PXD/PDC operations, transportation, and receiving sites.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Shift: 6:00 AM –; 2:30 PM Monday-Friday

Pay: $20.35 per hour

Additional Incentives:All full-time employees are eligible to qualify for monthly performance attendance bonus.

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: Cross?Functional Coordination & Continuous Improvement: Maintain detailed documentation and identify recurring issues related to transloading, routing, or site handoffs, escalating trends to leadership to improve performance

Role Purpose:

Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs. Responsible for providing product, service, and transit information to the customer and act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer’s complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain customer records and update account information.
  • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Assist with order and product management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience
  • 0-12 months of warehouse experience, preferred
