About the role
The Human Resources Operations Specialist will manage HR administration, support recruitment, and facilitate the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have HR experience, strong MS Office skills, and be bilingual in English and Romanian. What will you be responsible for?
- Managing complete HR administration, including communication with employees
- Supporting recruitment, the adaptation process, and the entire employee lifecycle
- Working with HR systems and preparing reports
- Providing support to employees in the assigned warehouse, maintaining regular communication with managers and operational staff
What does the ideal candidate look like?
- Has experience in HR
- Is comfortable with administrative work
- Speaks both English and Romanian
- Is communicative, professional, friendly, and enthusiastic
- Has solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
