About the role

  • Directly leading and managing Continuous Improvement analysis and activities according to agreed schedule.
  • Providing projects and activities status report including performance & benefit tracking.
  • Providing Country and Site Management with the knowledge to understand the Continuous Improvement methodology, objectives and related tools (Lean, DMAIC, Performance Dialogues, GEMBA walks, Standardized work, etc.).
  • Working with Operations/Business Directors to replicate Continuous Improvement approach across the Country.
  • Coaching Site Leadership Teams to develop Continuous Improvement capability, accountability and culture on site/campus.
  • Ensuring compliance with all current rules of law and H&S rules related to this position, internal rules operating and quality procedures and instructions.
  • Project management, people management and planning skills.
  • High degree of analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
