Key Responsibilities

POD Admin

  • Attend to relevant Internal & External correspondences and Communication.

  • Liaison with SOP/Operation on relevant document to check & match.

  • Communicate with transporters on updates & Returns of POD.

  • To check normal POD returned with complete pages & GRN/ Outlet chop.

  • To ensure POD returned by transporter within agreed time frame.

  • To update all POD returned in TMS on timely & correct manner.

  • To update POD with rejection in TMS on timely & correct manner.

  • To ensure POD submitted to customer on timely manner.

  • To ensure proper filing of POD.

Billing Admin

  • Attend to relevant Internal & External correspondences and Communication

  • Prepare & send billing report to customer on weekly & monthly basis.

  • Communication with transporters on billing enquiries and updates.

  • Updating POD for billing submission.

  • Update trips in TMS on timely manner.

  • To ensure POD returned by transporter within agreed time frame.

  • POD verification upon receive from transporter.

Key Requirements

  • Fresh Graduate/ SPM

  • Minimum 1 year related experience

  • Transport management/ warehousing experience

  • Computer literacy

  • Analytical skills

  • Must be able to perform multiple tasks Ability to use good judgment in making decision, restructuring priorities and adjusting tasks in dynamic environment

  • Able to communicate and effectively work with employees at all levels of the organization

  • Ability to read, interpret technical documents and regulations

  • Fundamental working knowledge of statistics
