Unloading the bags from vehicle

Scan the shipments
Primary Sorting and Secondary sorting:

Outscan the shipments as per delivery route

Delivering the shipment as per package address only
6 Take an acknowledge form customers through device ( BYOD)

Update correct status code for undelivered shipments at customer address
-
Delivery process will be briefed through a training
-
Handing over of cod amount on the same day to the supervisor
-
Undelivered shipments needs to be handed over to the supervisor
-
Proper dress code and carry field bags all the delivery points
Pickup
-
Pickup as per SOP
-
Timely pickup at customer place as per cut off timing
3.Check if serviceable location
-
Count number of shipments at the customer and take acknowledgement on the pickup sheet
-
Inscan the shipment at the office and handle Rapid entry
-
Primary and secondary sorting of the shipments
-
Bagging process
-
Canvas bags to be Loaded in to the vehicle
-
Reaching location for timely connection
