About the role
Job Purpose:
The HR Graduate – Talent Acquisition (APAC)supports the delivery of regional Talent Acquisition initiatives across Asia Pacific, contributing to recruitment operations, employer branding, talent sourcing, and recruitment analytics.
Working closely with regional and local Talent Acquisition teams, this role provides exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, HR technologies, and data-driven hiring practices. The incumbent will assist in driving recruitment excellence through effective stakeholder coordination, process standardization, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Data, Reporting & Analytics
- Clean, validate, and analyze recruitment data to ensure accuracy and generate insights that inform regional hiring decisions.
- Track and analyze Talent Acquisition KPIs, building and maintaining dashboards and regional reporting.
- Gather and document data to support continuous improvement of TA processes.
- Support talent mapping and market research to maintain awareness of hiring trends.
Systems & Process:
- Support the implementation and rollout of a new regional TA platform, including system testing, data migration support, and user adoption activities.
- Support the consistent use of standardized TA processes, including ATS and CRM systems.
- Help resolve basic issues related to recruitment processes, systems, and data accuracy, escalating where required.
- Support coordination of regional vacancy approval processes (overhead and customer-funded roles).
Communication & Stakeholders:
- Coordinate with recruiting centres and local TA Leads to keep employer branding, processes, and tools aligned across markets.
- Support employer branding campaigns and talent pipeline initiatives with the Regional Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement team.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders across the region to keep activities on track.
Recruitment Support:
- Support day-to-day Talent Acquisition activities across APAC, working closely with the regional TA team.
- Assist with sourcing activities for selected roles in collaboration with hiring managers and local HR teams.
- Help identify and utilize appropriate recruitment channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, universities).
- Assist with onboarding and induction coordination across the region.
Qualifications & Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Internship or up to 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR operations.
- Comfort and genuine interest in working with data, spreadsheets, and systems.
