✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Create, maintain and continuously improve local training materials in partnership with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure training content remains accurate, relevant and aligned to operational requirements

Develop and implement training interventions to address performance gaps and support individual and team development

Work closely with operational leadership teams to align training programmes with Standard Work Confirmations, ensuring consistency, compliance and operational standardisation

Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance training effectiveness, employee capability and operational performance

Coordinate and deliver comprehensive induction and onboarding programmes for all new starters, including follow-up support and training reviews

Excellent MS package experience, in particular Excel including V look ups, X look ups & formulas

• Previous experience creating and implementing training processes and matrices

• Great communication skills, credible and confident presenter & facilitator

• Experience in stakeholder communication and management
