Senior Director Transport Operations

Responsibilities

• Define and execute transport and LLP strategy aligned with business and customer objectives
• Lead network design, optimization, and expansion to improve efficiency and scalability
• Drive innovation through digitalization, automation, and advanced analytics
• Oversee end-to-end transport and LLP operations to ensure service reliability and performance
• Implement best practices in planning, routing, and execution to enhance productivity
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders; act as senior escalation point
• Develop value-added LLP solutions to improve customer satisfaction and retention
• Own full P&L, driving cost optimization, margin growth, and supporting commercial activities
• Ensure governance, compliance, risk control, and effective vendor/carrier management while leading and developing high-performing teams

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or LLP operations with strong operational and governance exposure
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles, operational management, and performance governance
• Demonstrated track record in continuous improvement, cost optimization, and project delivery
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• Proven leadership experience managing regional or large-scale operations in complex organizations
• Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, stakeholder management, and change leadership capabilities
• Deep expertise in transport/LLP models, supply chain optimization, and digital logistics tools (e.g., TMS, control towers)
• Proficient both in Thai and English communication
