Customer Service Advisor

Pay Rate: £27,500

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, working 7.5hr shifts between 7am-5pm – will potentially change to rotating shifts of 7am-3pm + 9am-5pm

We are now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to deliver exceptional support to our customers, ensuring all enquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Support with the E-Comm go live

• Manage the case management system

• Record all complaints

• Compile a daily tracker and deviations, ensuring trends and CI are maintained

• Ensure that all customer deliveries requiring booking slots are booked in advance

• Monitor all Customer collections and work collaboratively with the transport team

• Providing a full analysis and investigations of all complaints, failed deliveries POD Queries

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Confident using IT systems and handling data accurately

Good problem‑solving skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure

Previous experience in a customer service role
