
Senior HR Manager
About the role
Key Responsibilities:

Assist HR Head in executing Human Resources policies & guidelines in the district/product and perform any other duties as assigned

Provide HR services and listen to the concerns from district/product employees

Collaborate HR Functional managers in drafting the Corporate HR policies & guidelines
-
Assist HR Functional managers in implementing programs & projects
-
Cooperate business functional managers in staff attraction, management and retention
-
Work with vendors in the area of Contract/Temp staff management and outsource HR routine jobs
-
Work with vendor to collaborate in annual medical scheme
-
Use tools to review and improve communication
-
Plan, follow up and review District/product HR practices
-
Prepare the headcount & staff cost budget for the annual business plan or any new projects
-
Provide comprehensive reports related to headcounts, staff cost, turnover rate etc. HR data
-
Oversee recruitment, payroll administration, training & development, employee relations, performance management, HRIS and other HR aspects in the district/product
-
Administrate district/product related HR information
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree or above
-
7 years relevant HR experience, 2 years managerial position experience and Logistics business experience is preferred but not essential
