Experience working in a 3PL warehouse with sound warehousing principles
Previous experience working across automated warehouses (desirable)
Proven performance management and adaptable leadership experience
Highly experienced in building and maintaining customer relationships
Demonstrated knowledge and use of a WMS System - ideally Manhattan
Confident and able to engage, motivate and lead people to achieve individual and team goals
High level planning and organisational skills to ensure operational excellence
