Are you a recent graduate eager to kick-start your career in industrial engineering? We have an exciting opportunity for you as a Graduate Industrial Engineer! In this 18-month program, you’ll support the optimization of our processes, improve operational efficiency, and gain hands-on experience with lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices..

Your Key Responsibilities will be:

• Design and implement efficient systems and processes to optimize operations and reduce costs.
• Apply MTM (Methods-Time Measurement) to analyze work methods and improve productivity.
• Interpret AutoCAD drawings to support workflow planning and operational layout design.
• Identify process bottlenecks and drive timely, effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Masters/Higher school-finished with degree-not later than 1 year or student before finishing the studies.
• Strong eagerness to learn and continuously develop, with a genuine interest in deepening knowledge in industrial engineering and process optimization.
• Hungarian and English language intermediate level (B2).
• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn and train others, and an energetic, active personality.
• Excellent communicational and organizational skills.
