Your Impact as Head of Human Resources
As a key member of both the Country Senior Leadership Team and the** APAC HR Leadership Team**, you will:

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a visionary HR leader with strong operational and strategic capabilities:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
✅ 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles
✅ Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR market practices
✅ Experience managing large, operational workforce environments (logistics, warehousing, manufacturing)
✅ Proven track record in HR transformation, change management, and organizational development
✅ Strong leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
✅ Expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and risk management
✅ Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
