We are looking for a dynamic and experienced** Logistics order coordinator** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the logistics operations for our clients, ensuring efficient supply chain management and delivery solutions.

**Key Responsibilities: **

• Monitor systems for tracking and reporting, ensuring smooth operations.
• Investigate and resolve issues with shipments, providing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with warehouses and stakeholders to support daily operations.
• Handle exceptions and resolve stock and system issues.
• Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Generate and manage daily/weekly/monthly reports for regional stakeholders.
• Address escalated issues with root cause analysis and action plans.
• Create and manage customer orders and labels in the DHL system.
• Communicate with customer teams regarding stock availability and updates.

**Requirements: **

• Fluency in English and Chinese.
• Willingness to work in fixed shifts (6: 00–14:30 or 9:00–17:30, Monday to Friday) and provide weekend standby support.
• 1 to 1.5 years of experience in customer service/ international logistics.
• Proficient in MS Office programs (strong focus on Outlook and MS Excel).
• Strong teamwork and customer focus.
• Excellent communication skills.
