Customs Clearance Intern (6-month - HCMC)

The Customs Clearance Intern position offers a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in customs processes and logistics. Candidates should have a background in International Business Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Analytics, and possess strong English communication skills. The role involves data entry, document management, and supporting the billing process. This is a full-time internship for 6 months, requiring a commitment from Monday to Friday. As a Customs Clearance Intern, you will assist in managing customs clearance processes, including document preparation and data entry. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in logistics and supply chain management while working closely with our freight team.

Customs Clearance Intern – Job Description1/ Main Tasks:

• Received bookings from customers/ freight team to handle shipments
• Check emails, documents, standard operating procedure (SOP) to prepare customs clearance services
• Do data entry and cross-check Customs Documents
• Upload documents to VNACCS system
• Collect related documents and archive then send them to customers' system.
• Support update timestamps and Proof of Delivery (POD)
• Support billing process
• Other reports

2/ Requirements:

• COMPULSORY: Students (NOT fresh graduates and still being students for at least 6 months) who can work full-time from Monday to Friday for 6 months, with 1-2 off-sessions per week for the study, is acceptable.
• Good English skills (both speaking & writing)
• Background in International Business Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Analytics
• Good attitude, hard-working, willing to learn
• Good at MS Office
