About the role

The Business Development Manager will focus on building and maintaining customer relationships in the reefer market. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in the industry, strong communication skills, and a college degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is essential for success in this role. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relations in the reefer market. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, managing a portfolio of potential customers, and providing insights on market dynamics. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the reefer industry and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Description:

1.Develop and maintain strong customer relations and loyalty through ensuring customer satisfaction in owned territory

2.Respond to customer enquiries/complaints

3.Manages a defined portfolio of potential customers and wins them for a lasting business relationship with DGF

4.Responsible for establishing customer profiles and customer needs.

5.Highlights to Head of Reefer Development on observations of market dynamics for example competitors’ behavioural patterns

6.Updates Head of Reefer Development on customer requests and business needs

7.Work with OFR/RPCM/TLM to respond to customer inquiry

8.Maintain good communication and working relationship with company customers

Skills/Qualifications:

1.Good knowledge about Reefer Market, China

2.Sensitivity to company & market policy and regulation

3.Sensitive to customer requirement and market trend

4.Good communication, time management & presentation skill

5.5 years & above in reefer industry

6.College Degree & above

7.Good English

8.Excellent Word, Excel and PPT skills
