Shift patterns: 4-Week Rotating Rota

Week 1: Monday – Friday, 06:00 – 14:00

Week 2: Monday – Friday, 14:00 – 22:00

Week 3:

• Monday: 06:00 – 14:00

• Tuesday & Wednesday: Days off

• Thursday – Sunday: 06:00 – 14:00

Week 4: Monday – Friday, 14:00 – 22:00

We're now looking for a Control Room Analyst:

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily warehouse operations, including real-time shift performance and reporting on volume and staffing levels

• Ensure the operation is appropriately resourced to meet throughput targets and adapt quickly to changing volumes and priorities

• Manage and coordinate agency labour, including ordering, tracking attendance, and addressing any conduct or absence issues

• Support team performance and people processes, including 1-2-1s, training programmes, holiday planning, and absence management

• Produce and share performance reports and operational updates, maintaining accurate records and communication across the wider team

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and desktop applications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to use initiative

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
