Senior Expert Legal AI Adoption & Enablement (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Definition and implementation of a global AI adoption framework and enablement strategy, e.g. in connection with specific use cases
  • Design and implementation of an innovative communication and engagement approach, e.g. through formats such as use case campaigns, live demos, and leadership storytelling
  • Establishment and continuous development of a global capability-building framework for AI in the legal domain, e.g. to develop learning journeys
  • Build and manage a global AI champions network
  • Drive behavioral change and the sustainable embedding of AI in routines, workflows, and team practices
  • Establishment of feedback mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement

Your profile

  • Completed university degree in law, business administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in transformation, change management, legal operations, or digital adoption in an international environment
  • Experience in implementing digital solutions as well as working with data and usage metrics to steer transformation initiatives
  • Experience in designing and implementing communication and engagement strategies and working with international stakeholders
  • Ideally, a strong understanding of legal workflows in combination with AI tools, document management, or CLM systems
  • Strong conceptual skills
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Very good English language skills
