
Senior Account Executive
About the role
The Senior Account Executive will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and project logistics expertise. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in logistics and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Salesforce and a strong understanding of the freight forwarding industry are essential. This full-time position is based in China and requires fluency in English, both written and oral. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, preparing sales quotations, and assisting in project logistics. This role requires a strong understanding of the freight forwarding business and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and a bachelor's degree in logistics.
Accountabilities:
Customer
1. Respond to customer needs, inquires and complaints
2. Prepare sales quotations
3. Arrange appointments with OFS customer
OFS Manager
1. Assist in the preparation of notes/materials for meetings
2. Provide analysis of OFS data and information under the instructions of the OFS Manager
3. Assist in the preparation of notes/materials for meetings
4. Assist in monitoring the contract in OA system
5. Assist in customer data administration
6. Salesforce maintainance
7. Follow up work assigned by OFS manager
8. Support RFQ submission through coordinating pricing and service requirements from Global Bid Team, within timeframes requested by customers
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree preferably in logistics
2. Good at English, fluent both in written and Oral
