
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
About the role
Responsibilities

Manage daily import and export operations
-
Coordinate with external; suppliers, freight forwarders, customers and internal department; shipping coordinator (customs), warehouse teams.

Track and monitor shipment status updates to relevant departments.

Verify and organize documents (invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, BOI-related documentation etc.), scan and archive on shared drive.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to import and export operations.

Maintain proper filing and documentation systems for import–export and logistics records.

Compile data for daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Perform any additional duties related to the role as assigned.
Requirements
-
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)

Proficiency in using MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

Careful, detail-minded, Strong sense of responsibility

Positive working attitude, Well-organized, stable and willing to learn

Proactive problem solver and flexibility and adaptability
