The Next Gen Talent is responsible for supporting the finance team in day-to-day accounting, reporting, and financial analysis activities while gaining practical exposure to core financial processes. The role aims to develop foundational knowledge in financial management, compliance, and corporate reporting, preparing the trainee for a professional finance career.
Responsibilities
- Assist Finance Functions (RTR,OTC, PTP, FPA, Tax and Projects)
- Additional Tasks may assigned by Finance Team
Requirements
- With at least 3 years of relevant experience in related field (Finance, Accounting)
- Should be Process Oriented and with attention to details
- Good Communication and Leadership Skills
- Bachelors Degree in Business and/or Accounting
- Must have good interpersonal Skills
- With Finance ERP System knowledge
