Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and document incoming shipments.

• Pick, pack, and stage materials for production or shipment based on work orders or shipping documents.

• Perform physical inventory counts and cycle counts as scheduled.

• Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse management systems (SAP 4/Hana).

• Use barcode scanners or mobile devices for tracking material movement.

• Assist in the proper labeling and storage of semiconductor products to prevent contamination or damage.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned storage areas.

• Report discrepancies, damages, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.

• Coordinate with other departments (Ops, Inventory, Quality) for material flow and issue resolution.

Utilize basic Microsoft Office tools:

Excel for inventory logs and simple reports.

• Word for documentation and standard forms.

• Outlook for internal communications and schedule updates.S

• Support continuous improvement and 5S initiatives in the warehouse.

Requirements

• At least Highschool graduate

• Experience in warehouse or logistics is an advantage

• Knowledgeable in inventory and warehouse management systems

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office tools such as but not limited to MS Excel

• Can start immediately and with complete government requirements

• Willing to be assigned in Maguyam, Cavite
