DHL Express Laos Sole Company Limited is looking for motivated persons to fill its vacancy of the Field Sales Executive.

Field Sales Executive: 01 Position

Nature & Scope of the Job:

· Generate more selling opportunities via establishing and enhancing relationship, obtain the potential revenue by selling DHL’s products and services.

· Schedule different plans of visiting period for different customers group.

· Through sales visits, get customer’s needs, deliver the key information according with the need and emphasize the benefit.

· Keep smooth cooperation with relevant supporting departments; ensure they can help to solve customers’ problems in time.

· Analyze and manage customers’ data to evaluate revenue and find customers’ new trends, and make action plan.

· Make full use of process management instruments to supervise customer information, sales opportunity, and sales action.

· Finish relevant sales report; provide relevant information for management’s demand, to evaluate the status of revenue.

Requirements:

· Lao National, male or female, below 35 years of age is preferable

· 2 years relevant experience in a service or transportation industry is preferable

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Able to work in teams

· Diploma or above is preferable

· Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both Lao and English

· Ability to communicate in Chinese is preferable

· Solid computer skills (MS office)

· Proactive, reliable and diligent person

· Able to work full time
