The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of relevant experience, with strong skills in procurement and operational execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute day-to-day operational tasks, assisting with the prioritization and assignment of work to meet schedules and targets for Starbroker product and capacity management activities.

  • Process Gateway billing accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Check consol profitability reports with correct P&L reason codes. Flag instances where P&L is outside agreed tolerances for review by PCM and/or Procurement.

  • Collect and compile local data for the Station Performance Report.

  • Track and report on Operational KPIs using the Station Performance Report.

  • Support, under guidance from the regional Performance Management Team, with initial and continuous KPI validation.

  • Prepare KPI results and data for inclusion in management review reports.

  • Assist in tracking the progress of KPI action items and initiatives, highlighting potential delays.

  • Support the station management team by providing data analysis for selected underperforming KPIs to help determine root causes.

  • Train in and utilize FC methods (e.g., as a PIA) and tools to support station improvement efforts as directed.

  • Maintain documentation for KPI initiatives and closed projects as instructed.

  • Assist with the coordination and support of local Quality & Best Practice reviews.

  • Update and maintain databases with specific information to enable responses to queries.

  • Prepare carrier performance reports for review.

  • Participate in periodic reviews of processes and systems to identify opportunities for enhancing service quality.

  • Provide guidance, training, and support to new or less experienced team members.

  • Assist with the onboarding and orientation of peers within the immediate team.

Skills:

  • Procurement & Operational Execution: Apply knowledge of processes for Procurement, RFQs, Purchasing, Invoicing, and Internal Rates to complete tasks. Support activities in Product Management, Capacity Management, and Carrier Management (e.g., Airlines, 3PLs) under guidance.

  • Analysis & Reporting: Utilize Microsoft Excel to track Budgets, Carrier Costs, and Forecasts, and to support basic reporting. Assist with the maintenance and tracking of Contract Management documents.

  • Process Support: Execute tasks within established Business Processes. Support projects and initiatives in areas like Sustainability, Workflow Automation, and adapting to Technology Trends.

  • Business & Project Support: Apply DHL Business Knowledge to daily work. Provide logistical and data support for Project Management activities and Change Management implementations.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Support Stakeholder Management through clear task updates. Assist in preparing materials for Presentations. Participate in meetings by providing factual input and receptive to Feedback. Begin to develop skills in Facilitation and Negotiation for operational matters.

  • Bachelor's degree and above

  • More than 5 years of relevant experience
