The Finance Business Process Management team is a forward‑thinking, highly collaborative group committed to elevating the effectiveness, scalability, and digital maturity of Finance GBS operations. As a Senior Business Process Analyst – Finance, you become a key driver of solution design and transformation—turning business challenges into practical, technology‑enabled solutions that make a real impact. You’ll help shape the future of Finance by building intuitive process‑driven applications, reimagining end‑to‑end workflows, and enabling responsible AI adoption that empowers people—not replaces them. If you thrive in environments where innovation meets operational excellence, you’ll feel right at home on our team.
Where you come in:
- You will lead the design and development of business process solutions using PowerApps and Power Automate to remove inefficiencies and reduce manual work across Finance.
- You conduct end‑to‑end process mapping and reengineering efforts to simplify workflows, eliminate non‑value‑adding activities, and improve cycle time and control effectiveness.
- You manage transformation and automation projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring clear scope, strong stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery.
- You collaborate closely with Finance and cross‑functional partners to gather requirements and translate needs into scalable, user-centered digital solutions.
- You integrate AI capabilities into Finance processes using a co‑intelligence approach that enhances human decision-making while ensuring responsible adoption.
- You develop and maintain documentation—including process maps, functional designs, and user guides—to support solution sustainability and knowledge transfer.
- You monitor solution performance after deployment, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure alignment with evolving business priorities.
- You support additional solution development and transformation activities as needed to advance Finance GBS objectives.
What makes you successful:
- You are experienced in building applications and workflows using PowerApps and Power Automate to drive process efficiency and increase operational scalability.
- You have strong capability in process mapping, analysis, and reengineering, with the ability to transform complex workflows into streamlined, optimized designs.
- You bring proven project management experience—including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication across multi-phase initiatives.
- You demonstrate foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence applications in business processes, especially within co‑intelligence or human‑in‑the‑loop frameworks.
- You excel in engaging, influencing, and facilitating discussions with stakeholders across both technical and non‑technical groups.
- Your proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint enables strong analysis, clear communication of solution designs, and effective executive‑level reporting.
- Your Lean Six Sigma or related continuous improvement certification is a plus and reflects a structured, disciplined approach to process optimization and change delivery.
