About the role
Meet the team:
The Engagement & Service Management (E&SM) team within GBS partners with business and functional leaders to design and deliver integrated solutions that improve performance, scalability, and outcomes across the enterprise. -
You help design target‑state processes, operating models, and end‑to‑end solutions across GBS and functional stakeholders.
-
You develop clear business cases and executive‑ready presentations that articulate options, trade‑offs, recommendations, and expected impact.
-
You support the Pod Lead and PMO in translating solutions into workplans, milestones, dependencies, and success measures.
-
