Join a team that keeps our operations moving! As a Material Handler 3, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment where precision, safety, and teamwork are key. Our warehouse team plays a vital role in supporting manufacturing and logistics, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to take ownership, solve problems, and grow with us. Where You Come In

• You complete all warehousing activities including receiving, shipping, manufacturing support, and inventory control in compliance with Safety, cGMP, and Quality SOPs.

• You perform all tasks of a Material Handler 3 and take on additional responsibilities with minimal supervision.

• You operate various types of material handling equipment including pallet trucks, reach trucks, and forklifts.

• You obtain and maintain certifications for multiple types of material handling equipment.

• You perform ERP/WMS transactions such as shipping, cycle counts, and material receipts.

• You investigate and resolve shipping or receiving issues using ERP/WMS systems.

• You demonstrate broad knowledge of ERP and WMS systems.

• You perform intermediate Excel functions such as creating tables and sorting/filtering data.

• You coordinate inbound and outbound freight and support international shipping activities.

• You are cross-trained in multiple warehouse functions including receiving, shipping, and inventory control.

• You assist supervisors in implementing process improvement initiatives.

• You help lead daily team meetings to review performance and workload.

• You provide hands-on training to new and temporary employees.

• You help assign tasks based on priorities set by leadership.

• You create and run basic reports to track performance metrics.

• You investigate and resolve basic customer requests from internal partners.

What Makes You Successful

• You have experience in a material handling role.

• You have experience using an ERP or WMS systems.

• You have experience operating electric-powered material handling equipment.

• You have basic computer data entry skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• You are able to obtain a forklift certification.

• You have strong written and verbal English communication skills.

• You bring strong mathematical and problem-solving abilities.
