Meet the Team:
An exciting and rare opportunity exists for a Senior CSL lead to become a key member of the Australian Team. You will report directly to the CSL Manager in Australia, working in close partnership with the global matrix of the commercial organisation.
You will help shape clinical messaging, deliver impactful education programs, and foster partnerships with healthcare professionals, diabetes societies, and industry leaders. You will also play a vital role in designing, localising, and delivering training programs that support product launches. Your work will directly influence the adoption of Automated Insulin delivery (AID) and Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) as a standard of care, supporting patients and healthcare providers across the region.
Where You Come In
As a CSL lead, you will:
- Lead Clinical Education & Advocacy: Develop and deliver clinical education programs for patients, clinicians, and diabetes societies. Promote emerging clinical trial data, expanded indications, and strategic publications through presentations and forums.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with Medical/Clinical Affairs, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Customer Support, and Field Sales to meet customer needs and drive product knowledge.
- Act as the Clinical Expert: Serve as a speaker and subject matter expert at local, and regional conferences and symposiums, providing technical and clinical insights on AID and CGM.
- Drive Initiatives: Lead KOL development, identify HCP advocates, and facilitate partnerships to advance AID and CGM as standard of care.
- Support Stakeholders: Serve as the trusted advisor and liaison as part of a team in the development and execution of HCP events and training.
- Develop and maintain training resources, support marketing with reviewing clinical and promotional materials, and manage the HCP Learning Management Systems (LMS) for continuous learning.
- Talent development: Support Sales Training by educating the sales team on clinical and product knowledge to achieve strong results for customers.
What Makes You Successful:
- You must have at least minimum 4 years’ experience in diabetes education and treatment, with at least 2 years focused on AID and CGM.
- You have familiarity with advanced diabetes technologies, including CGM, and emerging diabetes therapeutics.
- You have fluent in English and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You may have a bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related experience.
- You must have solid understanding of territory management and healthcare markets. Skilled in virtual and in-person facilitation, Proficiency in tools and technology that enhance training delivery an advantage but not required.
- You have the Familiarity with global brand frameworks and experience working on regional strategy or partnership initiatives is deemed favorable.
- You are Highly organized and adaptable; thrive in a remote, fast-paced, remote environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- You have excellent project management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across cultures.
- You have ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and develop innovative approaches to unique challenges.
- You are Willing to travel (up to 30%), especially during high-volume cycles, and adapt to diverse environments and stakeholder needs.
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s health science degree with minimum of 6 years’ experience preferred
- Graduate certificate of Diabetes Education with current CDE status with the Australian Diabetes Educator Association (ADEA) preferred
- Current c class Driver’s License with eligibility to drive unrestricted in Australia
- Eligible for Working with Children’s Check
- Unrestricted works rights within Australia

- Up to 30%, especially during high-volume cycles, and adapt to diverse environments and stakeholder needs.
