Support Day-to-Day Operations:
- Assist in supervising and coordinating soft services area of care, such as janitorial, waste management, pantry and cafeteria services, event management, landscaping, pest control, transportation, and lockers.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure all services meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
Vendor Coordination:
- Support the team in collaborating closely with external service providers to address issues and ensure flawless service delivery.
- Track vendor performance and assist in gathering feedback for improvements.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with documentation, work order tracking, inventory management, and other administrative tasks.
- Help coordinate facility-related activities, such as meetings, events, or anything related to soft services task.
Customer Service:
- Address employee queries related to soft services and called out issues where needed.
- Support initiatives to improve overall employee’s experience within the facility.
Improvements Projects
- Assist in ad-hoc projects related to soft services area of responsibilities
- Propose new fresh ideas for improvements project under soft services area of responsibilities
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree/diploma in Facilities Management, Property Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Auto CAD is added advantages.
