Where you come in:

• Leverage financial data and KPIs to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
• You will execute, manage, and / or support the development of specifications for reports, dashboards and analysis based on business needs using required and / or available data elements.
• You will directly produce datasets and reports for competitive research analysis using available reporting tools.
• You will apply knowledge of business intelligence practices to support building operational efficiencies and strategic planning.
• You may be asked to analyze simple to complex intelligence using data to provide preliminary insights.
• You may be asked provide consultation to end-users and support cross-functional teams to address business issues.
• You will leverage your interpersonal skills to drive results.
• You will collaborate with key stakeholders.
• You will have the opportunity to execute projects impacting safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

What makes you successful:

• Typically requires a Bachelors degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 2-5 years related experience.
• Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, and Data Analysis (experience in a financial organization is a plus).
• Demonstrate technical expertise in using BI tools (i.e., Tableau and Power BI) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Share Point, Visio).
• Proven experience applying data visualization best practices and creating clear, effective dashboards and reports.
• Expertise in developing SQL queries to create and evaluate complex and efficient SQL statements, stored procedures, and index tables.
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including senior or executive leadership.
• Strong capability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience solving complex problems, with interest in AI/ML model development a plus.
• Demonstrates strong written and oral communication English.
• Highly attentive to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Quick learner with a bias for action.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and approaches.
• Embodies a can‑do attitude and consistently brings positivity to work.

Other nice-to-have qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to interpret financial statements and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and communicate business performance
• Knowledge of database structures and data integration procedures a plus
• Knowledge of predictive or prescriptive analytics a plus
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations a plus
• Experience with Big Query, Snowflake, or Redshift
• Tableau Certifications
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience with Python programming
• Knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing operations a plus.
