Where you come in:

You are responsible for successfully presenting the innovative Dexcom product portfolio as well as the associated digital ecosystem to maximize targeted sales

You actively contribute to positioning the company as the market leader in continuous glucose monitoring.

You independently manage a defined territory and are responsible for sales planning, creating sales plans, customer support, supporting diabetes specialist shops, and acquiring new customers.

You are responsible for achieving and exceeding the sales and KPI targets of the territory.

You successfully use our sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed your goals in the region.

You manage your territory independently and plan your routes, including preparation and follow up of visits in CRM systems.

You take responsibility for the territory budget by controlling expenses.

You plan and independently organize customer events, which you will moderate and/or conduct. You use various interaction methods to create the best possible, needs oriented customer experience.

You work cross functionally with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teams.

You continuously monitor the market and competitors.

You maintain professional relationship management with customer networks, decision makers, and key opinion leaders in your territory.

Experience and Education Requirements:

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5-8 years of related experience.

Experience in diabetes and the medical device industry (would be a plus).

Experience in both primary care and hospitals.
