Senior Forecasting Analyst – Healthcare – UK, Spain, Germany

This role can be based in the UK, Spain or Germany.  You must have the Right to Work in the selected country, as sponsorship is not available for this role.

Internally the job title will be: Staff Forecast Analyst

Meet the team:

Join Dexcom’s Commercial Forecasting & Analytics team, where collaboration and innovation drive business performance across regions. You’ll work alongside customer teams and internal stakeholders in a supportive, high-impact environment that values best practice, strategic thinking, and hands-on problem solving.

Where you come in:

As Senior Forecasting Analyst, you’ll play a central role in leading both short-term and long-term forecasting for Dexcom’s commercial portfolio. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Owning the quarterly revenue forecasting process and supporting the long-range planning (LRP) cycle across multiple regions.
  • Developing and integrating commercial analytics to inform key forecast assumptions and provide a data-driven view of product and market dynamics.
  • Building logical, scalable models in Excel and visualising the impact of change across the business.
  • Collaborating with pricing, finance, sales, marketing, and operations to align forecasts with strategic goals.
  • Presenting clear, concise forecast assumptions and results to senior leadership using compelling PowerPoint decks and visualisations.
  • Partnering with internal teams to integrate market dynamics and cross-functional expertise into demand forecasts.
  • Performing mid-quarter variance analysis and summarising key drivers for leadership.
  • Supporting sales operations with incentive goal setting and S&OP with manufacturing and planning inputs.
  • Driving alignment with commercial leaders around the forecasting process, including documentation and sign-off.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of forecasting processes and methodologies.

This role requires someone who’s not afraid to get stuck into the data, but who can also step back and think strategically. You’ll be joining a team where your insights will shape decisions — and where your enthusiasm and hunger to learn will be celebrated.

What makes you successful:

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Demand Planning, FP&A, or a similar analytical function.
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to build logical, scalable models.
  • Direct experience in revenue forecasting and a solid grasp of volume, price, and userbase dynamics.
  • Understanding of database structure and manipulation; SQL experience is a plus.
  • Experience with visualisation tools like Tableau or similar.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (German, Spanish, French, etc.) are a bonus.
  • A collaborative mindset — you’re a team player who enjoys working cross-functionally.
  • The ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure while keeping a clear sense of perspective.
  • A growth mindset — you’re enthusiastic, determined, and excited to learn and develop.

What you’ll get:

  • A front row seat to life changing CGM technology. Learn about our brave #dexcomwarriors community.
  • A full and comprehensive benefits program.
  • Growth opportunities on a global scale.
  • Access to career development through in-house learning programs and/or qualified tuition reimbursement.
  • An exciting and innovative, industry-leading organization committed to our employees, customers, and the communities we serve.

Travel Required:

  • 5-15%

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
  • At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience

Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
