Oracle SCM Execution & Integration Lead (Fusion & EBS)
About the role
Meet the Team:
Our Supply Chain Applications team supports Dexcom’s global supply chain operations by ensuring planning, procurement, and execution systems operate in a controlled, predictable, and compliant manner. The team partners closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, and IT to translate complex business requirements into scalable, executable system solutions across a regulated Med Tech environment.
You will be part of a dynamic, innovative, and progressive multinational organisation, working in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment alongside highly skilled global colleagues, with the opportunity to make a real impact for people living with diabetes.
Role Summary:
The Senior Oracle SCM Execution & Integration Lead (Fusion) provides technical and techno-functional leadership across Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM), Manufacturing, Procurement, and integration layers within a regulated, hybrid ERP landscape, with primary accountability for ensuring stable, reliable, and execution-aligned runtime operations.
Oracle Fusion is used for planning, orchestration, and procurement, while Oracle e‑Business Suite (eBS) remains the system of record for manufacturing, inventory, and warehouse execution. A core responsibility of this role is ensuring that what is planned and orchestrated in Fusion is fully executable downstream, operating under the established “Fusion plan / eBS execute” model.
This is a senior technical and techno-functional role with ownership of runtime execution stability, integration reliability, configuration support, testing governance, and production incident resolution. The role works closely with system integrators, technical teams, and business stakeholders, acting as Dexcom’s lead for execution support and integration across Fusion SCM, Manufacturing, Procurement, and the broader hybrid ecosystem spanning projects, enhancements, and business-as-usual operations.
Where You Come In:
You will:
-
Own configuration, support, and troubleshooting across Oracle Fusion SCM (Procurement, Manufacturing Orchestration, OSP) and integration layers, ensuring runtime execution is aligned to approved functional design and operationally viable within the hybrid landscape.
-
Lead Fusion Supply Chain/Manufacturing and Outside Processing (OSP) execution support, ensuring requisitioning, PO creation, receiving, material movements, work order impacts, and downstream inventory transactions are fully aligned and executable.
-
Govern runtime stability across Oracle Fusion ↔ Oracle eBS hybrid dependencies, with primary accountability for diagnosing and resolving orchestration, reservation, integration, and execution alignment issues.
-
Provide end-to-end integration-aware support across Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), native APIs, and EDI/message-based integrations, ensuring sequencing, payload validation, error handling, and reprocessing are controlled, traceable, and execution-safe.
-
Own technical and techno-functional incident management across Fusion and eBS, performing structured root cause analysis and driving permanent, production-safe resolutions with priority on execution- and integration-impacting issues.
-
Translate execution and integration issues into validated technical and functional improvements, ensuring solutions remain aligned to real-world supply chain outcomes.
-
Perform hands-on configuration within Fusion and support cross-system validation with eBS, ensuring integrity, consistency, and operability across the integrated landscape.
-
Lead and govern SIT, UAT, and regression testing across Fusion and eBS, ensuring real-world execution scenarios, integration failure modes, and exception handling are fully validated prior to release.
-
Partner with Functional Leads, Manufacturing SMEs, Integration teams, and Logistics stakeholders to ensure solutions are stable, executable, and aligned to operational constraints.
-
Support controlled releases, cutovers, and post-deployment stabilisation, ensuring continuity of execution and integration stability within a regulated environment.
-
Act as a technical liaison with Oracle for Service Requests across Fusion SCM, Manufacturing, Procurement, OSP, and integrations, with prioritisation of execution- and integration-critical defects.
-
Ensure all solutions operate in compliance with SOX, FDA, GDPR, and controlled change standards, with emphasis on traceability and auditability of execution transactions and integration flows.
-
Promote Oracle and industry best practices with an execution-first and integration-resilient mindset, ensuring system reliability, traceability, and operational resilience are maintained.
What Makes You Successful:
You have:
-
10+ years Oracle ERP experience, including 5+ years hands-on with Oracle eBS (Manufacturing, Inventory, WIP, Supply Chain execution) and 5+ years with Oracle Fusion (SCP, SCM, Procurement)
-
Proven experience operating in plan-to-execute models where eBS is the system of record for execution, ensuring planning outputs are grounded in operational reality.
-
Demonstrated ownership of functional design, configuration governance, and testing leadership, with strong emphasis on execution validation.
-
Deep functional understanding of eBS execution processes, including manufacturing, inventory control, and logistics, and how these integrate with Fusion planning outputs.
-
Strong experience identifying and resolving execution gaps between Fusion planning outputs and eBS transaction flows.
-
Hands-on experience managing production support across both platforms, prioritising business continuity and operational stability.
-
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge planning assumptions based on execution constraints.
-
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment, maintaining audit-ready documentation and traceability.
