Meet the team:

Dexcom’s Global Supply Chain team ensures seamless product configuration transitions across our rapidly scaling medical device portfolio. As a Staff Supply Chain Configuration Planner, you will lead product revision control, lifecycle transitions, and manufacturing cutovers—driving alignment across engineering, operations, sourcing, and planning to ensure products are delivered on time, with quality, and at scale.

Where you come in:

  • Lead product configuration management, revision changes, and BOM phase‑in/phase‑out activities.

  • Develop scenario‑based manufacturing cutover plans that balance cost, capacity, and risk.

  • Drive strategic supply chain planning across sourcing, production schedules, and ramp readiness.

  • Perform advanced analysis using Excel and planning systems (Anaplan, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Oracle).

  • Lead supply chain efforts for design changes, discontinuations, and lifecycle transitions.

  • Identify and mitigate global supply risks to ensure on‑time manufacturing readiness.

  • Partner with engineering, planning, sourcing, and manufacturing to align timelines and execution.

  • Ensure accurate BOMs and data integration within ERP/MRP systems.

What makes you successful:

  • Strong expertise in supply planning and product lifecycle management.

  • Advanced Excel modeling skills; experience with major planning platforms.

  • Excellent communication—able to present scenarios and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

  • Deep understanding of BOM structures, product revisions, and configuration workflows.

  • Proficiency with ERP/PLM systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar).

  • Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating supply chain risks.

  • Knowledge of medical device regulatory requirements.

  • Experience with Lean or process improvement methodologies a plus.

  • Effective collaboration across a global, matrixed organization.

Education and Experience:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.

  • At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience

Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
