Where you come in:

• You will play a key role in maintaining the safety, integrity, and compliance of Dexcom’s Penang site. You
• manage daily security operations, ensuring all in-house tasks are completed efficiently and in alignment with
• company standards. You coordinate and supervise guard activities, ensuring coverage, discipline, and
• responsiveness across all shifts.
• You are responsible for supporting audit readiness by maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring
• procedures are followed consistently. You help identify and mitigate risks, respond to incidents, and collaborate
• with cross-functional teams to uphold a secure working environment.
• You thrive in a team that values trust, accountability, and continuous improvement. You bring a proactive
• mindset, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence that helps drive our security operations

What makes you successful:

• You are a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a strong understanding of physical security
• operations and risk management. You have excellent situational awareness and the ability to respond calmly
• and effectively under pressure.
• Your proficiency in coordinating guard schedules, managing incident reports, and maintaining compliance
• documentation ensures smooth day-to-day operations. You bring strong communication skills that allow you to
• work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• You have experience using security management systems and tools, and you’re comfortable navigating audit
• requirements and regulatory standards. You are adaptable, reliable, and committed to continuous
• improvement.

Nice to Have:

• You bring prior experience of 3 - 5 years in a manufacturing or high-tech environment.
• Your certifications in security management or occupational safety are a plus.
• You have working knowledge of EHS protocols and emergency response procedures.
• You are multilingual, which helps in communicating across diverse teams
