Work You'll Do

  • Configure and Implement Solutions: Deploy and configure out-of-the-box Service Now modules to meet client business requirements, ensuring optimal platform performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and technical teams, to translate functional requirements into effective Service Now solutions.
  • Optimize Processes: Identify opportunities to streamline client workflows and align Service Now capabilities with business processes.
  • Support Service Now Operations: Troubleshoot issues, maintain configuration integrity, and document solutions to support ongoing system improvement.

Our Service Now offering designs, implements, and delivers strategies and technologies to increase the efficient and value delivery by the enterprise IT function.

Qualifications

Required**:**

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
  • Must be willing to work on site in Chantilly, VA 100% of the time
  • Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience configuring and implementing out-of-the-box Service Now modules in a client environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in Service Now platform administration, including managing users, roles, and access control lists.
  • 2+ years working directly with or supporting IT Service Management (ITSM) processes within Service Now.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,000 to $198,400.
