The Work You’ll Do

As a Senior Consultant, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience working alongside leading professionals, building your professional skills in a variety of analytical techniques and industries.

Client Engagement: Assess client costing and profitability processes; identify and solve business challenges.

Data Analysis: Analyze and visualize structured/unstructured data to deliver actionable insights.

PaPM: Model and optimize financial performance using SAP PaPM and advanced costing methods.

Development and Design: Develop requirements, prototypes, and solutions leveraging automation and AI technologies.

The Team

Responsible for the installation, development, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of package technologies. Includes defining or coordinating common processes or procedures to support package custom development, APIs, UI/UX, and process flows and handshakes.

Our Profitability, Costing, and Allocations team partners with clients to optimize financial processes. We deliver actionable insights and technology-driven solutions that enhance transparency, reporting accuracy, and decision-making across the organization.

Required

Career Experience: 4+ years’ experience in profitability reporting, costing, and allocations.

Modeling: 3+ years’ experience in building cost/profitability models and leveraging specialized solutions.

Technology: 3+ years’ experience working in the SAP S4 HANA and/or Oracle space.

Data Sets: 2+ years’ experience in data extraction, transformation, and providing preliminary descriptive analytics.

Education: STEM based bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

Travel: Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients / industry sectors you serve.

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred

PaPM: 4+ years’ experience designing and implementing SAP PaPM solutions, including data modeling and business rule design.

Integration: 3+ years’ experience in integrating, configuring, and advising on standard PaPM capabilities.

Analytical Tools: 3+ years’ experience in using analytics tools and languages (SQL Server, Oracle, Hadoop, Python, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Power BI).

ERP: 3+ years’ experience with large ERP systems, particularly SAP and Oracle.

Mentorship: 1+ years’ experience in mentoring and developing junior staff.

Education: STEM based master’s degree from an accredited university.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $118,700-218,600.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
