Work you'll do

• Support SAP SD/OTC client engagements by assisting in the design and implementation of technology solutions under the guidance of project leadership.

• Collaborate with clients and team members to gather business requirements and help translate them into system designs and technical specifications.

• Build positive working relationships with clients by contributing to the development of business requirements and functional designs.

• Support business development activities by gathering relevant information, preparing supporting materials, and assisting with the formatting and review of proposals and presentations

• Contribute to knowledge sharing and innovation by participating in team forums and helping develop tools or templates to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.

• Stay current with SAP's latest solutions by participating in training and continuous learning opportunities to support business transformation initiatives.

Qualifications Required- 5+ years of relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large consulting firm, boutique consulting firm, or as an internal consultant within industry

• 3+ years of functional configuration experience with the SAP SD/OTC module

• Experience participating in all phases of at least 2 full end-to-end SAP implementations, with a focus on SAP SD/OTC, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

• 2+ years' experience in a technical or functional lead role, overseeing teams on at least 1 SAP SD/OTC, end-to-end full lifecycle implementation

• Experience with at least 1 full life cycle SAP S4 HANA implementation

• Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree plus equivalent experience

Preferred- Previous experience working directly for a "Big 4" consulting firm

• Professional experience participating in SAP ECC to S/4 HANA migrations

• Experience with Signavio

• At least 1 current SAP certification

• Master's degree

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600 - $198,400.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
