Work You’ll Do

As a Data Management Engineer III on the project, you will:

  • Gather client requirements and provide technical guidance to ensure successful deployment and integration of scalable AI solutions on AWS.
  • Train, fine-tune, and develop Generative AI models using advanced techniques and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineers, business analysts, and clients—to share knowledge and drive cohesive project growth.
  • Create clear documentation and presentations to communicate complex, data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to continually innovate and enhance solutions

Qualifications

Required**:**

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • CompTIA Security+
  • Ability to work onsite daily at the client site in Chantilly, VA.
  • AWS Certified AI Practitioner
  • 1+ years of experience with Bedrock
  • 3+ years of experience in AI engineering, with hands-on expertise in Generative AI and AWS-based deployments
  • Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
  • Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance required
  • Security+ certification
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
