We are seeking a Sr Consultant, Transportation Management Systems to help clients improve logistics solutioning across the supply chain. You will work with Deloitte teams and client stakeholders to turn business needs into practical process and technology solutions.

Work you'll do

As a Sr Consultant with the Supply Chain Transformation team, you will be responsible for:

• Leading client engagements focused on transportation and supply chain transformation
• Gathering business requirements and documenting current-state and future-state transportation management systems processes
• Supporting solution design, testing, deployment, and adoption activities
• Supporting Transportation Management System workstreams, including routing, tendering, shipment execution, and carrier management
• Collaborating with client stakeholders and cross-functional Deloitte teams to deliver project workstreams
• Working with business and technology teams to improve transportation operations and system capabilities
• Contributing to workshops, testing, training, deployment, and integration efforts across Transportation Management System and Enterprise Resource Planning solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, transportation, consulting or industry operations, including integrating Transportation Management System and Enterprise Resource Planning solutions
• 5+ years of experience supporting Transportation Management System workstreams, S. transportation market, including truck, rail, marine, or parcel
• 5+ Contributing to workshops, testing, training, deployment, and integration efforts across Transportation Management System and Enterprise Resource Planning solutions
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

• 5+ years of experience with Transportation Management System such as Blue Yonder, Oracle Transportation Management, SAP Transportation Management, or another Transportation Management System
• Master’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, analytics, or operations
• 4+ years of experience using SQL, Python, or Tableau for planning, reporting, or analysis
